Vibrate in resonance with natural harmony

In ancient Chinese culture, music was considered a high-level medium for communicating with spirit and harmonizing emotions. It was used to promote longevity and for healing. The sounds of the natural world, musical instruments, and the human voice can all be used to resonate with the human vibrational field to generate re-harmonization and thus heal. The fundamental principles of Yin-Yang and the Five Movements were transcribed into musical vibrational elements used for medicine called the Five Healing Tones, as discussed in the Internal Classic of the Yellow Emperor, the oldest theoretical manual of Chinese medicine. Healing methods combining music, the Five Healing Tones, Qi, self-massage, meditation, and visualization are still used today in Daoist lineages.
