- We will not withhold funds unnecessarily and will work toward a fair resolution for all parties.
- Taxes:
- As a Hong Kong-based company, we charge taxes in accordance with local regulations.
- In most cases, VAT is not applicable. If VAT or other taxes apply, they will be clearly stated during the payment process.
- For physical events organized in collaboration with local entities, those entities are responsible for tax compliance in their respective jurisdictions.
- Transaction Fees:
- Transaction fees are automatically paid by the company through the payment provider platform. Users are not required to pay additional transaction fees.
- Special Offers and Discounts:
- Special offers or discounts may come with their own terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated.
- Currently, we offer reduced pricing options for users who self-select based on their financial situation.
5. User Conduct
- Respectful Communication:
- Users are expected to communicate respectfully with each other, teachers, and school facilitators in all interactions, including the online community space, email correspondence, and live classes.
- Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory language, or any form of abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.
- Community Guidelines:
- Before posting questions or inquiries in the community space, users are encouraged to search for pre-existing content or information to avoid duplication.
- Users should contribute constructively to discussions and avoid spamming or posting irrelevant content.
- Moderation:
- The school reserves the right to moderate all user interactions in the community space. This includes removing inappropriate content, issuing warnings, or suspending users who violate these rules.

- The platform and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of technical issues.
- Limitation of Liability:
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silent Clarity School and its parent company, M.Winds International Limited, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
- Our total liability for any claims related to the platform is limited to the amount paid by the user for the course or subscription in question.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

- These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Arbitration Clause:
- Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their validity, interpretation, or enforcement, will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
- The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) will be final and binding on all parties.
- Jurisdiction:
- By using the platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for any matters not resolved through arbitration.
9. Physical Events
- Independent Events by LoAn Cheng Feng (Guylaine Tran Trung):
- LoAn Cheng Feng (legal name Guylaine Tran Trung) is an independent consultant appointed as the Academic Director of Silent Clarity School.
- If users of the online school choose to participate in her independently organized physical events in France, these events are not regulated by the school’s Terms and Conditions.
- Such events are organized under her own organization, Le Mouvement du Dao (an S.A.S.U.), and users should refer to Le Mouvement du Dao’s terms and conditions for all matters related to those events.
- International Physical Events:
- For international physical events organized in collaboration with the school, the events are hosted by local partner organizations.
- The local host organization is responsible for its own terms and conditions, as well as compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Users participating in these events should review and agree to the terms and conditions of the local host organization.
- Scope of Physical Events:
- Physical events organized in collaboration with the school are not part of the school’s primary offerings or services.
- These events are considered scoping activities designed to generate interest and registrations for the school’s main services, which are delivered through the online platform.
- Liability for Physical Events:
- The school is not liable for any issues, disputes, or claims arising from participation in physical events, whether organized independently by LoAn Cheng Feng or in collaboration with local host organizations.
- Users are encouraged to contact the respective event organizers for any questions or concerns related to physical events.
10. No Abuse Policy
- Fair Use of Reduced Pricing:
- Users who select reduced pricing options are expected to do so honestly and in good faith, based on their financial situation.
- Abuse of reduced pricing, such as using it while teaching the content commercially or sharing accounts with others, is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited Actions:
- Sharing accounts with others, especially for commercial purposes.
- Using reduced pricing to access content for professional teaching or redistribution without prior approval.
- Consequences of Abuse:
- If we detect abuse of reduced pricing or other violations of this policy, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

- Revoking access to courses.
